Crisis counseling available by phone 24 hours a day/7 days a week Emergency intervention Individual counseling and psychotherapy Group therapy Psychiatric evaluation and treatment Psychoeducational programs and workshops for students, staff and faculty Campus mental health and wellness promotion CAPS is committed to supporting your health, healing, and hope, especially during this challenging time. CARE UCLACampus Assault Resources & Education (CARE) is committed to the eradication of sexual and gender-based violence through creating and sustaining a safe, healthy, and equitable community for all people. CARE strives to achieve this through provision of comprehensive prevention education, individual support and advocacy, and holistic healing programs for all members of the UCLA community.

UCLA GRITUCLA GRIT (guidance, resilience, integrity, and transformation) Coaching Program allows students to receive one-on-one support from trained peer coaches. Topics of focus during the coaching sessions include stress management, mindfulness, fostering positive social connections, academic skills enrichment, and navigating campus resources. GRIT’s overall goal is to improve the well-being of the student.

Bruin Resource CenterBruin Resource Center provides valuable resources, services, and learning opportunities to create a better campus experience. The Bruin Resource Center hosts a variety of programs from the Undocumented Student Program to the Collegiate Recovery Program in order to foster a more supportive community at UCLA.

UCLA Campus and Student Resilience Campus and Student Resilience (CSR) strives to coordinate campus efforts in order to promote student well-being, resilience, and success through a variety of evidence-based psychology programs. CSR hosts a huge variety of programs focused on improving mental health from yoga and meditation to coaching with coaches trained by professionals in the psychology field.

Mental Health InitiativeMental Health Initiative (MHI) strives to eliminate the stigma around mental health by providing support and education to local communities.
